Does anyone know if the War-raised Regiments like Infanterie-Regimenter Nr 183-190 did receive any territorial designation? And what about Reserve units did the just carry the title Reserve Infanterie/Feldartillerie ect. Regiment and their number ?

It Depends
Marcus,
A look at a the biography of published regimental histories seems to indicate that Prussian formations raised in warime did not normally add the Prussian or any further territorial designation so for instance the 184th Infantry Regiment was simply titled Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 184.
However regiments raised from states that were not part of Prussia proper, ie Bavarian, Württemberg, Saxon, Baden etc, had the state name preceding the title. eg.:
Das Königlich Sächsische Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 183
Das Großherzoglich Badische Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 185
Das Königlich Württembergische Landwehr-Infanterie-Regiment Nr. 126
etc.

Glenn
