The 10.5cm K18 auf Panzer-Selbstfahrlafette-IVa went into combat trials on the Eastern Front in 1941 with Panzerjäger Abteilung 521. Overall, the vehicle performed well, but a shortcoming was its limited gun traverse, meant it often had to turn the entire vehicle which was difficult in cross country due to the weight of the vehicle and weak engine. Here in the Dniepr meadows in the Rogachev area with the 3. Panzer Division on July 4, 1941. Apparently having problems due to the soft terrain in the area............
