WW2 SS Binoculars
Can anyone tell me if these are SS binoculars? They appear to have a skull device carved on them. Thanks.

Hi Porcelain44,
I think it's a so-called "collector's (re)production", probably made in Eastern Europe.
(Typical flea market goods for unsuspecting tourists, for example in Poland.)
Comparable to the "Leica" cameras with German stamps, worthless junk, maybe suitable for "reenactors", if at all.

More opinions are welcome...

P.S. Where do you keep finding photos like this..?
P.S.S. Long timer user "Xavier" from Mexico here in the forum will tell you more, he is the expert about all this.

100% fake marking, probably 100% genuine Czech binoculars. These markings also appear occasionally on K98k rifles.
