Buenas tardes.
I believe that the officer with glasses, who is standing in the second photo, looks like Paul Kümmel, and the other one who is on a pedestal, looks like Köhler, the commanding officer of the Wiking battalion who fell during the breakdown of the Siege of Cherkassy. Now, I don't see much else either and the same may be from another unit and I'm making a mistake.

This picture was probably taken in autumn 1943. SS-Stubaf. Hans Köller (not Köhler), speaking at the stand, was the commander of I./SS-Pz.Rgt.5. Paul Kümmel was sent to this Abteilung in October 1943 to learn about the panzer tactics. When Köller was killed during the Tscherkassy breakout, Kümmel was named as his successor and led the battalion during its refitting till May1944 when he replaced Franz Hack at the head of III./Germania.
