Hi,
Does anyone have access to a copy of 'Słownik Biograficzny Generałów Wojska Polskiego 1918-1939' by Piotr Stawecki?
I am hoping that it lists the Polish awards for Tit. General Major (Gendarmerie) Eugeniusz Dąbrowiecki.
Thanks in advance,
Ian

Unfortunately sources do not mention any.
On this photo from 1932 (well into retirement) we can see a single medal.
Can't tell which one for sure, perhaps it's 10th anniversary of gaining independence ?

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
You can get pretty damn far in life by just saying what you're going to do and then doing it.

Could also be:
Medal Pamiątkowy za Wojnę 1918-1921 „Polska Swemu Obrońcy” (1918-1921 War Medal)?
Everyone got one of those.
I doubt that Stawecki will help. The entry in Wiki on ED quotes Stawecki in its references but does not give EDs decorations (he had at least 2 Austrian ones).
PS: his Polish ranks were general podporucznik, general brygady and, on retirement, titular gen dyw (general of division). Titular generalmajor was his Austro-Hungarian rank before he became and actual generalmajor (wirklich Generalmajor) on 11 November 1918.

Thank you both. What you have provided is what I figured....„Polska Swemu Obrońcy” (1918-1921 War Medal) and maybe the Medal of the Decade of Regained Independence?? I have a list of his Austro-Hungarian awards, but I would like to be certain on his Polish awards.
Thanks for the update on the his Generalmajor status, I missed the 'upgrade' to 'Generalmajor'. Do you happen to have the dates for his Polish promotions?
