Notes
(1) Strictly speaking,the commander was not a "艦長 captain" but a "駆逐艦長 destroyer captain". Only “軍艦 Warship” sach as battleships, aircraft carriers, and cruisers commanders were called "艦長 captains." This was due to the budget allocation method. The ships to which the budget was allocated one by one were laid out in "軍艦 warships", and the commander was called the "艦長 captain". Destroyer, submarine, and Kaibokans whose budget was allocated to the build of four or eight ships was not classified as "軍艦 warships." After that, the commander of the submarine is not the "艦長 captain" but the "潜水艦長 submarine captain". Only "軍艦 warships" had the chrysanthemum emblem on the bow. So destroyers didn’t have the chrysanthemum emblem.
(2) Destroyers, submarines and kaibokans didn’t have the post of Executive Officer. Instead 先任将校 Senior Officer performed the Executive Officers duty. 先任将校 Senior Officer was the additional post for the predecessor among Gunnery Officer, Torpedo Officer and Navigation Officer.
(3) The crew belonged to one of the 1st - 4th divisios. As shown above, Division Officers were the additional posts of Gunnery Officer, Torpeso Officer, Navigation Officer and Engineer Officer.

I have dropped 練習戦艦 Training Battleship, 練習巡洋艦 Training Cruiser and 敷設艦 Minelayer due to some hesitation.
The correct classification of IJN ships was:

Strictly speaking 海防艦 Kaibokan was classified 軍艦 before July 1942. Because 海防艦 will be built in large numbers for convoy escort, it was out of the 軍艦 category .

A brief overvew of Kaibokan
占守型 Shumushu Class was extremely “elaborate”. The man-hours reached to 102,500. We can understand how "not suitable for mass production" by seeing that the man-hours for building 松型 Matsu class escort destroyer built in the latter part of the war were about 70,000. In addition to preparing for a new design that fundamentally shortens the construction period, IJN decided to continue the improvement of 占守型 Shumushu Class design. In next 択捉型 Etorofu Class including 六連 Mutsure, the man-hours was reduced to 70,000. In 御蔵型 Mikura Class after 択捉型 Etorofu Class, the man-hours was reduced to 57,000. The last of redesigned series was 鵜来型 Ukuru Class, and its man-hours was 42,000. Around this time, newly designed ships that shortened the construction period were also under construction. This was 丙型 Hei Class and a diesel engine was used. However, due to the shortage of diesel engines, half of them had to use turbine engines. This was called 丁型 Tei Class. The only difference in appearance between them was the shape of chimney due to the difference in the engine, but the shape of the hull was the same. In 占守型 Shumushu Class, it took more than a year to build, but in 丙型 Hei Class and 丁型 Tei Class, the construction period was shortened to several months due to the introduction of the block construction method.

Fontessa any information for the Mikura and Ojika officers only Oda Takasuka Commander Reserves is known and all hands were lost 216 killed and for the Ojika I have Isobe Teruyoshi lcmdr reserves, Yabushita Tatsugorou lt reserves Engineering officer and Sato Motoo the Navigator also an lt in the reserves presumed lost with all the crew in her sinking.
