Group effort to get Heeresgruppe Afrika, RH 19-VIII

Hello all,

We are launching a group effort to get a local copy of the archives from Heeresgruppe Afrika (RH 19-VIII).

Each person gets a blocks of a few files to download, then get access to the whole series.

This is a follow-up of the successful move for RH 10 Inspector or Panzer troops, which gave the whole collection to all contributors in a little bit more than one month.
