I have a few sets of Vopersal files. What I have is a collection of misc files, some handwritten notes and in some cases, some typed up summaries. Hard to say what you will find in a set of info.

I think I have kind of answered my own question here, but in doing so I have been left with more questions. This summer I went to ICRC in Geneva to view documents that confirm movement from the Cavalry to the 12th SS. I have attached the info regarding my Opa’s brother. He was captured in Namur and then went to England as POW. I can only assume my Opa was in the same units only he survived through the war and then went as POW to Rodewald (see telegram). If anyone can help with how to determine my Opa’s movement. Is it safe to assume the Germans would send the brothers together to the west? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
