E-Uhr 42 H and Seitenumrechner M43

Hi there,
Recently I bought an "E-Uhr 42 H" and a "Seitenumrechner M43". Both pieces were used by the German coastal batteries in Norway. Until now I don't have any idea about the function and purpose of this equipment. Does anybody have an idea? If necessary I can provide pictures.
