I'd be interested to know if this was an isolated instance of such a physical behavior by him or if there were others that may have been caught on film or otherwise documented. It's interesting because it seems quite early with regard to his health issues and decline.

I found more of this behavior, from most likely a contemporary German newsreel, just a second or two but explaining what's going on.
They were removed from the youtube video to portray Hitler as crazy or on speed. And because there is no sound, the scene really looks weird.

The video above shows Hitler intensely watching an athletic competition involving Germans (men's javelin throw?).
The next clip (from the newsreel) shows him watching, rocking in his chair, and cheering for the Germans. It looks somewhat natural.
The next clip shows him rocking slowly and broadly smiling because, obviously, a German won.
He salutes and meets the German athletes (or the winners?) to congratulate them.
Generally, maybe his behavior is unusual but really nothing wrong with it. Göring and Goebbels look more out of place and sometimes like idiots.

That might help in establishing the exact date of the event.

Eg. August von Mackensen joined AH on the August 9th (Sunday) for the 4x100 women's relay finals.

No fake. Hitler have very painly stomach spasms (surely from nervous origin) in that summer, as documented in Th. Morell papers.

Hitler was plagued by recurring stomach cramps, but in the videos, he was able to smile and talk to the athletes without any sign of distress.
