A very interesting photo of Paul Lincke in his study, showing framed pictures of Adolf Hitler and (what appears to be) the Leibstandarte band, above the piano. Lincke was the music teacher of the Leibstandarte bandleader Müller-John, and he also arranged (for military music) and published his "Leibstandartenmarsch" (they made the piano arrangement together). Müller-John recorded several marches composed by his teacher, one of which was the Nazi march "Unsere braunen Jungen" (Our Brown Boys), which he performed live as well.

Lincke (pretending to be) presenting flowers (for fun) to his painter Paul Mathias Padua (one of the better known artists of the Third Reich era). Notice also the sleepy dog between them.
