Do you have any details o n this officer?

I have a little

Cavalry 2/Lt Zeki Efendi (Dogan) Kemal's Staff Anafarta Group Gallipoli Aug 1915 to Airforce? later General Air Force Commander

This details was mentioned in the Offical History of the General Staff on Gallipoli.

retired: 3.9.1951

Tyres are soft and no brake for that reason there is a stone before the tyre .Tyres were soft but they had chests like steel.
