I'd like to encourage you all to take a look at the latest addition to the AHF site, The German Mobilization and Welle (Wave) System by John Mulholland (Snoopy).

I got a question, since Snoopy is no longer active, I thought I ask here. The article notes there were at least 38 waves. Yet, both the article and Tessin only give 1. to 35. Welle, so where are the other three waves coming from? I know there were several named divisions and other measures, but those seem a bit more than just 3. So, which are the "at least 3" instances that were counted as waves?
