the 75/46 is a a rare italian tank from what i know from many hours and asking other fourms there were 11 made with 2 incomplete and all 11 were put into a single german paz.jag.abt but i can seem to find witch one.
regrurding the 90/53 from what i know 6 were captured by the germans and An allied bombing of railway left 6 Semovente stranded on the railway cars till end of war. The 1x Semovente 90/53 abandoned on the Road between Alban hills and Rome during allied drive from Anzio was the last one I could find. Just prior to this the 26th was deployed around the Alban hills and scheduled to relieve a unit at Anzio. i dont know what unit the other 5 90/53 belonged to.

Re: semovente 75/46 and 90/53 question
As for the 90/53, I don't know if you already know what follows, but it may be of help:
Source: https://www.panzerwrecks.com/panzerwrec ... ente-9053/Stefano Di Giusto was kind enough to share an exact identification for the M41 90/53 801(i) (Semovente 90/53) on pages 44 &45 of Panzerwrecks 9. We knew that it belonged to 26.Panzer-Division because of the divisional insignia on the gunshield, but did not know which unit within the division.
Stefano says: “As Daniele Guglielmi pointed out to me, the Semovente 90/53 from 26. Panzer-Division belonged to the Stabskompanie of Pz.Rgt. 26, as shown in an chart dated 1st December 1943.”
Thanks to Stefano and Daniele Guglielmi for making this information available.

This is slightly more information because it includes dates.
