Foto 138, the more senior general in the middle was Georg Louis v Engelbrecht Kmdr 50 Div. He did not get PLM until 08.07.1918
And at the bottom of the steps, GenMj Erich Emil Pascha Weber - Kmdr of subordinate unit 100 Inf Brig. He's Döniyz's father-in-law, by the way.

Foto 140 claimed it was Exz Scharch Gouveneur v Köln.
There was only one Heinrich Scharch and he was not Gouverneur v Köln. They were v und z Egloffstein (1906), v Sperling (1907 - 1910), v Westernhagen (1911 - 1913) and v Wandel (1914)

Same handwriting and same dealer. Per Jürgen Kraus, 18 Res Inf Brig transferred from 10 Res Div to 9 Res Inf Div on 01.04.16
