Basically all of Yugoslavia, the road and RR network, online searches have generated a lot of maps that are largely unreadable in detail, This source is a Great one, again apart from the missing pieces:

This one isn't bad. Can't be downloaded in full, but you can get the information you're looking for. Contour depiction is done differently.
