Mediterrean fleet late war

I'm trying to find Mediterrean Fleet composition in September 1944

if possibile, units operating in Adriatic Sea

Most of the activity in Sept/Oct 1944 was in the Aegean with many cruisers, escort carriers and supporting escorts involved. Ignoring that a few ships come to mind, mainly involved in shore bombardments along the Italian Adriatic coast.

AA cruiser Delhi to Adriatic following presence at Toulon on 13/9/44.
Destroyers:-
Loyal
Lookout
Undine
Urchin
Kimberly

Gunboats:-
Aphis
Scarab

The LSTs Bruiser & Thruster were involved in carrying troops to Greece around this time.
