About Independent Macedonia

Hello, so I was wondering and want to know since I’ve read it somewhere a year ago.. was Independent Macedonia actually never recognized nor gained support by any German commanders there to be recognized, and is that the reason why it failed or the Germans were pushing the independence, and then partisans came to stop it all? And, was Bulgarian occupied Macedonia after Soviet take over of Bulgaria actually annexed to German Occupied Serbia and given to Nedic’s government? Because most of the maps of Nedic Serbia in that time era is showing Macedonia being annexed to them and having an actual control of the country.. I also want to know if this is either true or not.. Thank you!
