TIK on the Salm River line, Ardennes 44-45

TIK has a bad habit of drawing odd conclusions, but this seems like a reasonable enough video. The subject is whether or not the 82nd AB Div and 7th AD could have held the Salm River line/St Vith “Goose egg”. This reminds me of what Richard Anderson mentioned to me in a thread awhile ago about the same subject.

Is TIKs take accurate?

Well a minor note is that he fails to mention that the 116th Panzer Division was already well in the rear of the St Vith defenders (overrunning 7th AD trains) on its way to Hotton-Marche a full three days before Das Reich overran Baraque de Fraiture. For some reason he shows 116th PzD south of Bastogne.

Also in the video he seems to imply that YouTube is covering up Nazi war crimes in the form of KG Peiper’s atrocities getting videos removed…I dislike YouTube but claiming they have a pro-Nazi agenda is a stretch to say the least. Way too many Michael Wittmann videos about what “epic panzer ace” he was? Sure. But what proof is there that videos have been censored for showing crimes committed by LSSAH in the Ardennes?

Not directly related but a huge number of WW2 German content has been deleted from Youtube in the last few years. Try and find a clip of WW2 marching men and Prussia Gloria and see the problem.

The map also doesn't show 9th SS or II. SS-PzK HQ....His sources seem to be poorly researched 'popular' accounts.
