Escape from the Ruhr Pocket near Winterberg / Medebach

the germans want to escape from the ruhr pocket by an counter attack near medebach and winterberg in march/april 1945.

does anyone have any further information or pictures about it? which units were involved?
There was heavy fighting in the Medebach area. Maybe someone has relatives who reported it. Tank you!
