German documentation for Verbrauchssatz definitions

German documentation for Verbrauchssatz definitions

Merry Christmas, frohe Weihnachten all.

Where would I find the official German documentation definining Verbrauchssätze for fuel, rations and ammunition? I know that this was handled dynamically when it came to specific situations, but wanted to get the underlying definition on the basis of which it would be calculated. I presume there's a HDv document somewhere - if so, it would be great to be able to get the title and the archive signature.
