Number of Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe personnel in Norway between 1941-44

Is there an information/documents available, which provide the total number of German navy and air force (employed in air duties) personnel stationed across Norway for various periods between June 1941- June 1944? So I'm not talking about the Iststärke of AOK Norwegen, for which the data is available.

Wow, it seems that it is a mystery how much air force and navy personnel were in Norway for the given period. I will say that one thing is clear though- it was less than in the OB West area for the same period.
