I'am not that much into LW but part of my hobby is collecting death cards of Heeresgruppe Nord and one of them is for Obergefreiter Joh.Bapt.Gschwendtner. I can't get any idea what LW unit he was by reading this extra info. Hope some LW expert can help me with what unit he was in.

2./Feldregiment der Luftwaffe 2
It was formed between December 1941 and January/February 1942 from assorted Luftwaffe personnel cobbled together and pressed into infantry service with four Bataillone (I. - IV.) for assignment to Luftwaffen-Division Meindl in the Lake Ilmen - Staraya Russa area. I. Btl./F.-R.d.Lw. 2 had Feldpostnummer L 30548 and its Kommandeur on 3.9.42 was Obstlt. Joachim von Dülong.
