NARA account error - Can't access Microfilm section

Hello,

I have an issue with the NARA website - my account is apparently not authorized to access the microfilm section, for reasons unclear (the error message doesn't say anything useful, and I haven't found any explanation either in the FAQ or online), which prevents me from ordering anything. Creating a new account didn't solve the issue (I got the same error), though oddly enough I can access the section if not logged it (but obviously lack the ability to order).

Has anyone else encountered that issue, and / or found a way to solve it?

Yes, it hasn't worked. It seems to be linked to the account itself, rather than the location from which the website is accessed.

Same problem here.

"The responsibility of user '++++++' does not allow accessing view 'GPEA Microfilm Landing Page View MIF'.(SBL-DAT-00329)".

Besides some websites that sell a limited number of rolls I can't find an alternative. Is there any other place where I can purchase A3343 Rolls?

Specifically: SSO 026C?

NARA is still shut down, including their microfilm digitization program. Don't expect it to start up again before May 2021.
