I collect Kriegsranglisten (german officer lists). Do You know if there is a way, before downloading rolls from Mega, to know whether + where there are Kriegsranglisten ? I don' t like the idea to download rolls and spend a lot of time to look at all pages just to find out later that in that/those roll/s there are no Kriegsranglisten. Can You help me (with other links or suggestions) ?

It looks like you're asking whether someone else already did your job. Probably the answer is no, and you have no choice but to do it yourself...

The war rankings are scattered over the rolls of the units, so it would be best to search the catalogues specifically for the keyword. Even with Invenio, the lists can only be found via many signatures.

I simply thought that thru Invenio (or Mega, or other sources) it was easier or possible to read for each roll the content list so as to immediately find where the Kriegsranglisten are, and so avoiding to waste a lot of time going through all pages

in addition, a pdf reader that has a search function.
Enter the search term "Kriesgrangliste" and wait to see what the program finds. you can click on the results and see which roles come into question. it is better to search through a few pdf than hundreds of roles.

I'm looking for T311 R278. Based on the Sturmpanzer index there should be copies out there, but it doesn't state where.

If it helps, my main interest would be Frame 1246 and higher.

Gentlemen, as You maybe know I made (and I am still making) name lists (Namenverzeichnisse) of many rolls of T78 and T77
I was just making that for roll T77 R957 when I realized that some pages are missing
Infact after file 954 (page 32) it goes to the next file 955 (which is not page 33 but page 49)
So there are 15 pages missing although the file numbers seem to be complete
Has somebody these 15 pages missing (from page 33 to page 48) ? If yes, will You kindly email them to me ?

The frame counter, although difficult to read, counts up correctly.
It is possible that these pages have not been handed down or have not been recovered. It may be helpful to enquire in Freiburg whether the missing pages exist there.
