BAMA files are much less common than NARA. Getting copies from BAMA was too expensive until just a few years ago, so what's shared in the community is way smaller.

Hello George! The situation with this 4th regiment is very interesting. In this roll, there is no indication that this regiment was in the area of combat operations along with 268 I. D. Can you tell me any other ways to extract information about it .
