Opel Olympia (OL38) and DKW Sonderklasse of the DR. One of those interesting situations where we find WH markings as well.

A very pretty Holzgas Blitz by Kassbohrer. I figure that is Ulm Minster in the background, where Kassbohrer had most of his publicity shots taken.

The Bleichert Elektrokarren, notably the "Eidechse", or "Lizard", were the unsung heroes of both the DR and RP. Here are a few photos, perhaps you have more?

Hi Max,
thank You very much for posting these pics of Bleichert Elektrokarren. I can remember that I have seen such vehicles on some stations fifty years ago. Here another pic on a station and two drawings.
Best regards

Hi Bert,
Great pics, Thanks a lot! The drawing is especially informative. Here's another I found in civilian service, with a crane mounted, possibly post-war.

Hi,
here a pic of a Reichsbahn bus. Interesting, that the Reichsbahn had busses in its stock. I think it is a Saurer type 4 BTDv. Source of the pic: an expiresd ebay auction.

Re: Photothread: Road Vehicles of the Deutsche Reichsbahn
It's interesting that the modern Deutsche Bundesbahn/Deutsche Bahn has red (maroon) vehicles —including their buses— and the modern Deutsche Bundespost/Deutsche Post has yellow vehicles.
Seems the colors were the other way around before and druring WWII? Or am I mistaken?
