Hi Guys,

I can see how Hitler and his chums celebrated his birthday - apparently by standing round looking pleased with themselves while watching chorus lines of soldiers goose-stepping and observing formation driving displays.

However, what about the troops? Did they get a special meal? Extra leave? A pay bonus? Alcohol?

How did the troops actually celebrate Hitler's birthday, if at all?

Cheers,

Sid

Hello Sid :D; Like any soldier on these occasions ..... wasting a lot of time, Parade, with a dose of luck, some short leave and the alcohol and the girls run on your own . Cheers. Raúl M 8-).
