A.H. and the Freikorps...

Oddly given A.H. fanatic devotion to Germany and hatred of communisim the only mention I ever heard of Ah during the Red Uprsing in postwar Germany is that he claimed to have driven off some "Red" Soldiers by pointing his rifle at them....did he ever explain why he never took a more active role...such as joining a Freikorps formation? I thought that would have been a natural for someone like him...
