Hitler in Linz and Leonding 1899-1907 (Then and now)
In September 2017 I’ve visited Linz and Leonding in Austria with all main sites, connected with the early years of Adolf Hitler between 1899 and 1907. His home, school, Realschule, favorite theater, graves of Alois and Clara Hitler, etc. In this material I want to share history of the places, modern state and plenty of own photos with a map.

This is some supplementary data:

In November 1898, Alois Hitler paid 7700 Krones for a home in Levial, and in February 1899, he moved his family therepacman 30th anniversary. Located on the other side of a narrow block of houses, this home features several small rooms with low ceilings, a small kitchen, and a pear garden with significance. Street in a small town. From February 1899 to June 21, 1905, under trying circumstances, a Hitler family called this home.

For many years, a private family called Hitler's Levial home their own. However, in 2002, a local funeral home made the building its permanent home. The updated structure at No. 16 Michaelsbegstrasse now has not one but two entrances. The second (to the left) was built long after the Hitlers had left. There is a cemetery and a road leading up to their Levial home in an early painting by Adolf Hitler.
