Need help identifying a person on a photo next to Hitler at "Haus Wachenfeld"

My question is, is he just one of many Leibstandarte soldiers at the time, or perhaps a known member of the Führerbegleitkommando ?

Not, is not a FBK LSSAH man.
He appears to be wearing an SS-Hauptamt cuff title.
Surely during the photo, he only takes care of receiving and accompany the Italian delegation to the meeting place.
