The church looks like the Berliner Dom, but not sure which side.

Yes, this is the Berliner Dom, the Lutheran cathedral in Berlin where Hermann Göring married Emmy Sonnemann in 1935.

I didn't know the statues were part of a bridge, now I can know a lot about this church that luckily saved from being destroyed.
Although the troops belong to Charlottenburg, the Cathedral is placed in Mitte berzik.
