Translation Help for German War Documents

I recently found documents about my father's cousin, but I need help with translating them from German to English. Any assistance would be so much appreciated and potentially solve the mystery of what happened to him during the war.

Felix Piepiorka, born on 13 Nov 1912 in Dziemiany, Poland
Rank: private, Occupation: labourer
was POW in Stalag XI B Fallingbostel / Lower Saxony.

After having all required immunizations, was allowed entry back to Polish Republic in late 1945.
His identity was confirmed by his ID card issued on 8 Oct 1936 in Osieczna, Starogard county.

Remaining pages list wages he received from different employers from Dec.1939 up to July 1944.
He was admitted to hospital (Reserve Lazarett II Schleswig) on 13 July 1943.

Interesting is also while his POW-files show that he was only in the possession of ~280 RM after liberation and in all 1945 he stated that he owns 3000 RM.
In this file he claims that he´s a farmer and worked also as heater.

I don´t get entirely what lit. b - d are referring to?
b) reads ".. et strzelec". The latter is his Polish army rank (Private)
c) is "Łódź", a city in central Poland and relatively far away (~200 km) from his home area
d) reads "25 000,00 RM (Reichsmark).

Thank you both for your help! I know that he was in Stalg XIB from previous records, and I assumed he had been captured after the September 1939 campaign. However, these records show that he was a POW for much longer, which I find to be interesting. Also, I noticed there's a reference going or coming back from Canada? Any ideas as to why? Again, thank you. Any information is incredibly useful. It's important because I believe he fought with my grandfather initially. My grandfather was later forcibly conscripted into the Wehrmacht, captured in 1944, and rejoined the Polish Armed Forces in England. He was never able to return after the war due to fighting in the German army and Polish army abroad. His cousin Felix did return as far as I know.

You´re welcome, FallenRose2517. I´m convinced you mean that he was forcibly conscribed to the Wehrmacht because he signed the Volksliste?

BTW, I knew a man (RIP, w. Bronek) who fought also on both sides and was even awarded the highest Polish military award.
