The Day of Defeat servers will be very busy but if you have newsgroup access, you can download it from alt.binaries.games.worms.

its a warez ng but Dod is a free download so dont feel guilty - just make sure you don't look at anything else while you are there

I remember eading somewhere (maybe on this forum) that Day of Defeat was banned in some places because of the amount of swastikas and stuff in it. Is this true?

Banned ? I don't know.

Theres flags all over he place on some maps, so it may have been.

for some reason, although all my CS work perfectly, DoD keeps lagging and freezing, does anyone know why this happens - perhaps I should get a newer version of it?
