I mentioned this the other day in the lounge section- should have posted it here

I just completed download of cd 1 (lots of missing rar files).
It is full of combat footage from german and russian sides, and looks quite good so far.

Almost completed cd 2 (of a set of 4).
Cant wait for the rest.
hes also going to post the 3rd reich in colour, and a few other documentaries.

i put some screen grabs up here-the quality is abit rough but watchable.

the vids are being posted on Usenet in the newsgroup alt.binaries.vcd and I stumbled across them by accident.
Often I miss interesting things cos i usually only haunt a handful of newsgroups (mainly japanese movie/tv groups).
