Please Zachary!!!!
please post more of those High Quality screenshots they are great
:):)
A question: in this game when you play the THird Reich troops, do you play the role of a general (like Rommel, as you would play for ex in age of the empire) , or are there other magnitudes ?
Does the game do the disctinction between Herr and Waffen SS ?
I hope we can use Waffen SS real units as well
or even better mix up W-SS batalions with wermacht !

Ow yes I think I memorized it in wrong way - not january but march (I just scrolled down on some info page). But this wasn't official page so...
Demo comes 1-2 months before, but I hope game is released faster than in june.
Good thing is that system requirements ain't too high. I like that a lot.
Regards

I'm glad to see interest in this great game growing!
Erik, you are right, the system requirements are very low for such a great game. 64 Ram, a Pentium II etc. That's pretty good for a game of this magnitude.
Sadly, jouda2000, there is no Waffen-SS, though that could be modded easily. I asked that on my forum and they said "no". I don't know why though, having the Waffen-SS would be helpful, because near the end they took up I think 25% of the Whermacht.
You can use the map editor to make a WWI battle too! I like that. Look at the trenches too. Nice isn't it?
1.)Here a screenshot from a bttle on the eastern front. The train is yours and gives you reinforcements, but you cannot control the speed
2.) North Africa obviously. Bombing planes, nice buidlings. Ahhh how nice

Zachary

Well, I guess you would play as a general. It is in the third person point of view like in Age of Empires. As for a particular general I have no idea. It really doesn't matter, it's the figting troops that do. But you do play particular battles, say if you play the Battle of Stalingard guess you will play as the general(s) there.A question: in this game when you play the THird Reich troops, do you play the role of a general (like Rommel, as you would play for ex in age of the empire) , or are there other magnitudes ?

I don't think there's particular units, it's not a "historical" game, though it is historically accurate. You basically are the third person commander commanding your mass of troops, tanks, planes etc.it would be good to one day have one which had every actual regiment
that there was in the actual Herr, and every Waffen-SS division
There's already clans! Here's the one I'm a member of http://mysite.freeserve.com/Blitz/Main.htmI hope the multiplayer will be as good as Sudden Strike or even better.

It is an already existing clan right now, Capitan. I and Diggar I believe are already part of it. I dunno how many clans are out there, though when the demo and game is released many will pop up.
Glad to see your interest.......

Zachary
