Arbeitsbuch fur Ausländer

Post by Porcelain44 » 09 Dec 2017 22:05

Hello. I picked up this Arbeitsbuch fur Ausländer at a local antique shop and am hoping it is real. Are they reproducing such things these days?

Looks real, everything looks legit. I don't see a "nationality" listed but maybe I missed it. Often these have been denazified or had the photo removed... nice to see one all there. Fairly common in the "ID Book" department. Nice addition.

The nationality is mentioned on the photo with the womans photo, John. Though it´s illegible due to the small size of the file. But must be somewhere from the east as the "country of orign" states "occupied eastern territories". Better photos are welcome.

Looks like she was born in village Buda, Zhytomyr county - Буда (Житомирская область)
If we become increasingly humble about how little we know, we may be more eager to search.
