Does anyone know about the plans or spesifications on the German Aircraft Carrier in or about to start construction at the end of the war. All I know it was called the "Graf Zepplin".

Actually, It was in the water and waiting to be fitted out long before wars end. Work was stopped on it before completion. There are many pictures of it sitting at the Quay.
I'm not sure, but I believe it went to the Russians after the war and was broken up.
