Hi Nick,

It seems to be a german Druckzünder 35 (DZ.35A)
"Mechanically-acting, push igniter, designed for use with improvised mines and booby traps. It is also the main igniter of the heavy anti-tank mine."
That was from "Handbook on German Military Forces" by US War Department (printed 15th March 1945)
It was used at least with Heavy Wooden AT-mine (37 pounds) and Improvised Aluminium Mine (14-16,5 pounds).
