Apologies once again for the delay in posting latest photos (Gardening and getting my old Triumph Stag car back on the road for the summer.

The next batch of photos are the mortar pour into the forms. I made up a few trial mixes and tried them on a mockup with reinforcement cage - took for ever to work the mortar into the gaps. It was obvious it would take some time to do the full model so I put aside a full day - which I needed as I was still working on it late into the night (stiff back and neck the next day!) Using a drill to provide some vibration is ok but you cant overdo it as it can start things moving that you don't want to, even when glued in place. Some of the ventilators grills dislodged during the vibrating and ended up inside the mortar!. The reinforcement cage can start to move as can the forms for the rooms. Basically it takes a long time.
