Does that marking indicate it as one in Luftwaffe service?
Seems to me like a Red Cross insignia.

The "no idea" is a Scheuch-Schlepper, a tractor especially built to salvage landed Me 163.

The vehicle has been camouflaged with mud, but the crew has been careful to remove the mud in a circle around the Balkankreuz on the vehicle. As has been stated, it is shown as being in Luftwaffe service due to the uniforms of the crew.
