The Renault UE was put into service with the Germans as the Infanterie UE-Schlepper 630(f). Here is the wiki on it:

It could be any number of variations from a MG shield to a Pak. If it is a PAk, it is most likely a 37mm

Thanks for that SpookyDad, -an interesting modification on the UE-Schlepper. heres a Sd,kfz 10/4 from ebay.
