WOC 1 Umbau, interesting!
I dont remember seeing one, only these ex-Belgian Ford-Marmon based.

For me-it is based on standard open/canvas top Kfz.70 troop carrier, converted to a "hardtop" (the line is barely visible), and added antenna, of course. IIRC there was also some examples with a typical German frame antenna, but still the canvas soft top! Probably couldnt find the photos...

Hello Armin,
Most of these Sankra conversions were based on the Horch 830 BL but this one looks like it could be an 830.
Fleisher coachbuilders modified a large number of these Horch chassis to fit a variety of boxes, including ambulances:
