Most probably it is Simca 5 Fourgonette indeed. The Topolino van rear is straight vertical and this one is sloped.

Looks like Bertone's studio had a spy in Detroit or vice versa. The resemblance to a 39 Buick is remarkable:

Hi Sturm,
Better late than never but I was about to post this photo of what I believe is an Isotta Fraschini D 80 CO Terza Serie, and noticed that it was similar to yours. Both are definitely Isotta but I'm not 100% on the Serie.
