czech under austria

I was wondering since austria had rule bohemia-moravia since 16th century, just say that austria start some kind germanisation program in other word 'cultural colonisation' or 'colonisation of the mind' and forced czech children to be raised as germans so that they will thought that they were germans.if this program went on for hundreds of years do you think that bohemia-moravia will still be part of austria after the end of wwI because centuries of germanisation had made them think that they're germans? How sill this effect the anschluss and WWII in general?
