A Tehran to Tripoli Marathon, eh?

see how quickly the Israeis deal with arms shipments to Hezbollah in Lebanon in OTL. Israel will support Italy over countries in the Arab World that in OTL and ATL spread copies of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion as "facts".

With what exactly? Israel was reliant on US arms shipments until well into the 70s?
